A few comments on my favorites

  1. Gabriel’s Inferno by Reynard Sylvain
This was the book that made me decide I wanted to be a writer. A forbidden love intertwined with the classic story of Dante made this a book I struggled to put down.
  2. Alone in the Light by Benjamin Bass
A story of redemption, lost love, and recovery. I found hope in this book when I wasn’t sure I had any left.
  3. And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie
A classic for a reason, this book is the gold standard of locked-room mysteries. Christie’s masterful plotting and chilling suspense make it a timeless, utterly captivating read.
  4. Soar High by Cherise Sinclair
This is the last book in Sinclair’s Sons of the Survivalist series. Sinclair takes us through the world of recovering from domestic abuse and learning to love again with dignity and respect.
  5. Archer’s Voice by Mia Sheridan
Sheridan has a beautiful way of writing raw, emotional romance. The quiet strength and vulnerability of the characters in this story resonated deeply with me.
  6. Pen Pal by J.T. Geissinger
A twisty, suspenseful thriller that kept me guessing until the very end. This is the type of story you stay up all night to finish.
  7. Lethal Balance by Cherise Sinclair
Another book in Sinclair’s Sons of the Survivalist series, this book has a compelling story that I fell in love with.
  8. Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone by Benjamin Stevenson
The title alone hooks you, and the book lives up to the promise! This is a clever, witty, and perfectly plotted murder mystery that is an absolute joy to read.
  9. The Silent Waters by Brittainy Cherry
Cherry’s story is a powerful and tender story about healing, love, and finding your voice. A true tearjerker in the best possible way.
  10. Matzah Ball Surprise by Laura Brown
I picked this rom-com to read because of the deaf characters – I stayed for the antics. This story is a fun read when you’re looking for something light.

And the Bonus Read:

  1. The Wish Collector by Mia Sheridan
Another exceptional read from Mia Sheridan! This novel is a beautiful exploration of hope, fate, and the connections that change our lives.

When I was a child, I wouldn’t stop reading. This developed an active imagination and a creative soul. My passion eventually led me to continue my education with a BA in English Language and Literature, and an MFA in Creative Writing. My education also developed my interest in teaching. Now I share my passion for all things creative with others through my books, live streams, and website.
